Founded in 2017, Dekek Group is a wood-based panel group integrating R&D, production and sales, one of the leading manufacturers of OSB in China, basing on high-tech automated manufacturing with the world's leading equipment, such as DIEFFENBACHER continuous flat pressing system and KADANT knife shaft flaker. Its headquarter is located in Guangxi, that has built smart factories with fully automated production in Fusui County, Chongzuo City and Bobai County, Yulin City, respectively, with a total annual production capacity of about 1 million m³ and an annual output value of about RMB 2 billion yuan.
One of the key values in Dekek Group is renewability and sustainability.
Dekek uses the GZmark clean energy factory system, which could produce high-temperature heat to transfer thermal oil and hot flue gas in use of bark and sanding powder as fuel. And, thermal oil can heat the panel hot pressing machine and make gluewater. Hot flue gas can dry and heat the wood shavings, and then the waste can be used as agricultural fertilizer.
